Rights Managed License |

All my images are licensed as Rights Managed only. I do not offer any of my images under a Royalty Free license. What does this mean? A Rights Managed license allows you to purchase a license for a specific purpose. For example it can specify the size of the image, the number of printed copies, the country or location the image is published in etc. You only pays for the usage you require and do not end up paying for usage you do not require. A complete history of all licenses sold are available for each image. This allows you the opportunity to check the image you are interested in has not previously been used by a potential rival company. A Rights Managed license also allows for exclusivity to be purchased for that license thus preventing anyone else using the same image for the same use should you want to ensure the image is not used by a rival for the duration of the license agreement. Please contact me if you wish to enquire about the license history of an image, or discuss an exclusive license. You may not use the image beyond the terms of the license agreement. If you wish to extend the terms of an existing license, please contact me. Details of the license purchased is supplied when you download an image. |
