Rights Managed License |

All our images are licensed as Rights Managed only. We do not offer any of our images under a Royalty Free license. What does this mean? A Rights Managed license allows buyers to purchase a license for a specific purpose. For example it can specify the size of the image, the number of printed copies, the country or location the image is published in etc. The buyer only pays for the usage they require and they do not end up paying for usage they do not require. A complete history of all licenses sold are available for each image. This allows the buyer the opportunity to check the image they are interested in has not previously been used by a potential rival company. Please contact us if you wish to enquire about the license history of an image. A Rights Managed license also allows for exclusivity to be purchased for that license thus preventing anyone else using the same image for the same use should the buyer want to ensure the image is not used by a rival for the duration of the license agreement. Please contact us if you wish to enquire about an exclusive license. You may not use the image beyond the terms of the license agreement. If you wish to extend the terms of an existing license, please contact us. Details of the license purchased is supplied when you download an image. |
