Digital Image Resolutions |

I believe that buyers are entitled to know what they are getting so I do not interpolate my images to a minimum size. Exact pixel image dimensions are shown against each image on my site and this is the native size of the image at capture or scanning without any enlargement applied. I deliver all our digital images at the native size indicated. If you require larger, or smaller, sizes I am happy to non-destructively interpolate each image to your specification on request . Please contact me with your requirements. Most images can undergo significant enlargement and we can advise on the suitability of your chosen image for enlargement if in doubt. Many of the scanned images, particularly those from panoramic and large format film, are uploaded at a lower resolution than the my scanners are actually capable of producing due to the particularly large file sizes involved. If you have a special requirement for a higher resolution scan please contact me to discuss. Please note that I cannot guarantee immediate availability of images where custom re-sizing or re-scanning is requested as this may take a few days, or longer in the case of a re-scan, to prepare.
