Digital Image Resolutions |

We believe that buyers are entitled to know what they are getting so we do not interpolate our images to a minimum size. Dimensions are shown against each image and this is the native size of the image at capture without any enlargement applied. We deliver all our digital images at the native size indicated. If you require larger, or smaller, sizes we are happy to non destructively interpolate each image to your specification on request . Please contact us with your requirements. Most images can undergo significant enlargement and we can advise on the suitability of your chosen image for enlargement if in doubt. Many of the scanned images, particularly those from panoramic and large format film, are scanned at a lower resolution than the our scanners are actually capable of producing due to the particularly large file sizes involved. If you have a special requirement for a higher resolution scan please contact us to discuss. Please note that we cannot guarantee immediate availability of images where custom re-sizing or re-scanning is requested as this may take a few days, or longer in the case of a re-scan, to prepare.
