Once you have purchased your license on-line a download link will be added to your account. After a short delay you will be sent an e-mail confirming the link is available. Please allow a few moments for the payment processing to complete behind the scenes.

Your download link will be valid for 92 hours. If you find you need to download after this time please contact us and we will arrange for another link for you.

The link will download a ZIP file which will contain 3 files:

• The  compressed JPEG file of your high resolution image

• An XMP sidecar file containing the usage rights purchased

• A text file containing the usage rights purchased

Details of the usage rights are also embedded in the IPTC metadata of the image file.

If required high resolution TIFF files can also be made available on request but we cannot guarantee immediate availability of TIFF files. See image file formats for more information.

Images can also be delivered by FTP upload or on CD/DVD by post upon request but immediate dispatch of FTP or postal deliveries cannot be guaranteed.
